This tool generates random public IP address which respects reserved IP addresses restrictions. RFC 1918 specfies that the following ranges are restricted for use in private internets only.
10.0.0.0 | - | 10.255.255.255 | (10/8 prefix) |

On initial load or click on generate button you can see that a random public IP address is shown in the output textarea. The output displayed valid public IP addresses in human-readable IPv4 format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (where xxx is a number from 0-255).
Optionally you can check or uncheck IP address lookup checkbox which reveals detailed information about given IP address (3rd party source).
