This tool generates a random public IP address which respects the reserved IP addresses restrictions. RFC 1918 specifies that the following ranges are restricted for use in private internets only.

On initial load or when you click on the generate button you can see a random public IP address shown in the output textarea. The output displays valid public IP addresses in human-readable IPv4 format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (where xxx is a number from 0-255).
Optionally you can check or uncheck the IP address lookup checkbox which reveals detailed information about the given IP address (3rd party source).
